Corporate holiday gifts for your customers and employees are recommended to be placed early, due to the magnitude of increased gift orders we receive and to ensure desired deliveries.

Multiple Corporate Gift purchases are eligible for a negotiated discount; discount will be determined at the time of your purchase and based on quantity.
Multiple Corporate Gift purchases with deliveries to a single local location are eligible for a reduced delivery charge; delivery charge will be determined at the time of your purchase and based on quantity and location. Delivery of your Corporate Gifts to multiple recipients requires the provision of a detailed mailing list complete with; full name, ship to address, contact phone number(s).
Corporate gifts containing Chocolate items are not recommended for shipping during warmer climates or areas greater than 75 degrees. 
All corporate gift orders require payment in full at the time of your order, unless other negotiated.

Holiday Gift Orders are recommended to be received by A Biscuit In A Basket at your earliest date possible. Holiday seasons are always extremely busy and stocked items may be limited, so order early to ensure delivery of your desired gifts. 
Holiday Gift Order deliveries are subject to carrier "Ship by Dates" for best offered delivery dates.
Our carrier "Ship by Date" shall not be construed as guarantee of delivery for the date identified.  
With earliest possible Holiday Gifts Orders delayed shipping and/or delivery dates are recommended and accommodated.

Delivery notices that the carrier would leave for the addressed recipient are the sole responsibility and action of that recipient(s).

Next Day shipping orders must be received by 10:00AM the day prior to the requested date for delivery.

A Biscuit In A Basket Gift Baskets containing Chocolate products will be subject to substitution with an equal quality non-chocolate product when shipping to areas during warmer climates. Warmer climates are defined as 75 degrees and above.
A Biscuit In A Basket can ship Chocolate product during warmer climates thorough the use of Industrial Cold Pack shipping.
A Biscuit In A Basket incurred Industrial Cold Pack shipping costs/charges will be charged to the customer, payment in full for this service will be required prior to shipment.

Delivery requests to hospitals and hotels are recommended to be pre-approved with the facility to ensure total acceptance of your gift.  
A Biscuit In A Basket must receive the institution contact information; facility complete name, complete street address, delivery contact name, phone number and applicable facility delivery instructions. 
A Biscuit In A Basket must additionally receive the gift recipients full name, facility room number and contact number.
Gift Order(s) denied delivery for any reason by the facility, are not subject to nor are they eligible for refund/credit.
Delivery to addresses within the facility is not guaranteed; in some cases a unsolicited third party receives and process final delivery of your gift(s).

A Biscuit In A Basket must receive, from the customer, specific delivery and contact information; recipients full name, street address, unit identifier and phone number.
Local Area Hand deliveries require a minimum fee and payment of $12.00per gift minimum, unless otherwise negotiated.
Multiple Local Area Hand deliveries are eligible to receive a20negotiated delivery discount, when requested at the time the order is placed.   
Should a second hand delivery be necessary/requested as result of the incorrect contact information an additional delivery fee will b e assessed the customer for payment in full.
Undeliverable items are subject to store credit only, minus any and all handling and delivery fees.

Any and all returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) issued by A Biscuit In A Basket. Returns without an A Biscuit In A Basket RA# is not considered or subject to refund or credit.
All products must be returned to A Biscuit In A Basket unopened and undamaged. A Biscuit In A Basket must receive the product no later than two weeks from the date of the purchase.
All acceptable returns will be in the form of store credit only.
All return applicable shipping and handling charges will not be refunded/credited.

Returns as result of shipment damage are subject to applicable statements referenced in the A Biscuit In A Basket Return Policy.
